A. Customer information on the conclusion of distance contracts
The following information serves to fulfill our legal obligation to provide information in distance selling contracts and in electronic business transactions.

2. conclusion of contract
(1) The Customer can select products from the range and collect them in a so-called shopping cart by clicking on the button “Add to cart”. By clicking on the button “buy now”, you make us a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart. Before sending the order, the customer can change and view the data at any time. The seller will then send the customer an automatic order confirmation by e-mail, in which the order is listed and which can be printed out using the “Print” function. The order confirmation does not constitute a binding acceptance of the order. In the case of payment in advance/bank transfer, the purchase contract is only concluded when a separate e-mail is sent with an order confirmation, a request for payment or the delivery of the goods. In case of payment by credit card, the contract is already concluded with the customer’s payment instruction.
(2) The text of the contract will be saved by the seller and sent to the customer by e-mail together with the legally effective general terms and conditions after the conclusion of the contract.

3. delivery and delivery reservation
(1) The following delivery periods shall apply to deliveries within Germany:
Maximum 25 working days.
The beginning of the delivery period shall be determined (depending on the selected payment method) in accordance with paragraphs 2 to 4.
(2) If payment is made by advance payment/bank transfer or credit card, the delivery period begins one day after the payment order has been made. For all other methods of payment, the period begins one day after the order is placed.
(3) The following delivery periods shall apply to deliveries outside Germany:
Maximum 35 working days.
(4) If the start or end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the start or end of the period shall be postponed to the following working day.
(5) Shipment shall be made exclusively to the countries specified under Shipment and the restrictions or delivery methods specified under Shipment.
(6) The delivery is subject to the reservation of proper self-supply.

4. purchase price and shipping costs
(1) The prices stated are total prices in Euro and include the statutory value added tax. Temporary special offers or discounts are shown as such in the presentation of the individual goods on our website.
(2) Our delivery and shipping costs will be charged in addition to the total prices of the respective goods. The respective shipping costs can be found in our shipping cost overview/delivery restrictions.
(3) Otherwise the customer does not incur any additional costs when ordering by using the means of remote communication.

5. payment methods and costs of means of payment
The customer can pay by prepayment/bank transfer or credit card.

6. Right of withdrawal for consumers and sample withdrawal form
a. right of withdrawal for consumers for distance contracts/contracts in the online store
Consumers – i.e. any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor his independent professional activity – may revoke his contractual declaration in the case of contracts against payment under the following conditions:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (G B O Gesellschaft für Betriebsorganisation mbH, Sophienterrasse 1, 20149 Hamburg, Tel.: +49 (40) 450 355 00, Email: info@sylviaschramm-art.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or email sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached sample revocation form, which is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this Agreement. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
We will collect the goods.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any loss of value of the Goods if such loss of value is due to handling of the Goods which is not necessary for the purpose of examining their condition, properties and operation.
The right of revocation does not exist with contracts for the supply of goods, which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is relevant or which are clearly cut to the personal needs of the consumer.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The costs are estimated to be a maximum of approximately 600 EUR.
You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for testing the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
The right of revocation does not exist with contracts for the supply of goods, which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is relevant or which are clearly cut to the personal needs of the consumer.

B. Further customer information on electronic contract conclusion

1. how does the online contract conclusion with us work?
When you have found a product in our webshop that meets your requirements, click on the button “Add to shopping cart”. The article will then be placed in your shopping cart and the contents of the cart will be displayed in an overview. In this shopping cart overview you can enter the desired quantity of the respective article in the “Quantity” field or remove the article from the shopping cart.
By clicking the button “Continue to checkout” you can immediately start the ordering process with regard to the articles in the shopping cart.
After clicking the button “Continue to checkout” a page will open where you can either activate the customer data you have already entered or register as a new customer. You can also order as a guest without creating a customer account. Please enter the appropriate information in the fields provided.
You can now select the payment method.
As a new customer you can register with us by entering your address data, data for communication with you as well as an e-mail address, user name and password. If you are already a registered customer, please enter your e-mail address and password in the fields provided and press the “Login” button. Of course you can also order from us without registering.
Furthermore, you can view our cancellation policy, general terms and conditions and data protection information at this point.
Please read the texts carefully and confirm them by placing a check mark in the corresponding input field. Only if you confirm this you can continue the order.

If all information is correct, click on “Buy now” to complete the entire order process.
We will immediately confirm receipt of your order by e-mail.

2. storage of the contract text and access for the customer
We save your order data and send it to you in the access confirmation by e-mail. You will receive our terms and conditions by e-mail after conclusion of the contract at the latest.
3. input error
You can correct your entries at any time during the ordering process by using the “Back” button in your browser, which is marked with an arrow pointing to the left, and then make the appropriate change. You can change the desired number of items by changing the number in the “Quantity” field in the shopping cart. If necessary, you can change or correct the shipping address, the billing address and the products in the shopping cart by entering the appropriate information in the respective area of the order overview. You can cancel the entire order process at any time by closing your Internet browser.
